Shipping is calculated to Royal Mail postage standards. As you may be aware postal prices have risen, hence why product prices are going to reflect a small rise too.

To the UK and Ireland:

Please allow from 5-7 working days to receive your order, after funds have cleared into our account. This is to ensure we are not dealing with bogus payments and to also make your products. (All products are made fresh - I do not store old batches - this is to provide the best quality to our customers). I am aware this is not always the quickest way to receive the products, but it is safe, hygienic and our code of conduct at Cherie Hair Range.

To the USA/Worldwide:

unless you select postal tracking for your items, please allow 10-15 working days to receive your order. We ship from the UK currently and there is no guarantee that without tracking you will get your items any quicker than the estimated delivery time. With tracking, you shouldn't have to wait any longer than 5-10 working days after cleared funds to receive your items.

Returns/Refunds:

As these are made to order items, we do not except any returns. Partial refunds are permitted if part of an order is not available after you have purchased - postage costs are non-refundable if items have been dispatched but for some reason the item was not received. All receipts are kept for proof of delivery and are available on request.
