Hi,
My name is Cherie Calvin and i create natural hair products for women of colour. I've been based in the United Kingdom for nearly two years now and have sold to over 1,000 customers worldwide. From my doorstep, all the way to Melbourne, Australia, It seems alot of women are struggling to grow their hair, to get it thicker and maintain its health - they encounter problems such as hair breakage, split ends and dryness, i suffered the same and my hair wouldnt even grow past my shoulders.
I started to do some research, online, via books and magazine articles. Nothing seemed to work, so i took it upon myself to find out what vitamins, processes and techniques proved to increase hair growth (primarily) and secondly breakage and the the chronic dry hair and scalp (mild psoriasis) i suffered from. 
I knew my frizzy, uneven ends weren't due to the fact i had a relaxer or that i was of colour, it was down to education and looking after myself. I started a regime of vitamins, some worked some didnt, it took three years to weed out the ones that were useless, the ones that had horrible side effects and the ones that were plainly, too big/smelly or expensive too!
I started to see a big difference when i became interested in natural hair care. And here i am today. My hair is now waist-length, i no longer have any sign of frizzy ends, breakage or dry hair issues. I started to formulate my own brand of hair products in early 2007 with my homemade protein/mositure conditioner which was an instant hit. I now sell the recipe as i do not use any preservatives in my products (contact us for more info) and this partcilar god-send wouldnt last long without these synthetic components being added.
My products have helped thousands of women reach their hair goals, and my techniques have improved my more heads of hair, and enlightened them on a path of positive thought, and allowed them to believe anythign is possivle, as long as you believe, work hard and trust yourself first and foremost. 
I introduce Cherie Ayurveda. Indian inspired hair care, which i used to continue/assist my hair growth to the next level. I wanted soemthing to maintain my hair whilst it grew, to protect it from the harmful elements and to keep it strong whilst it reached new lengths that i could never have dreamed of before.
